Birth

  • Hepatitis B

2 Week WCC

  • Hepatitis B (If not given at birth)

2 Month WCC

  • Vaxelis (DTAP - Polio - Hepatitis B - Haemophilus Influenza type B)

  • Pneumococcal (PCV)

  • Rotavirus

4 Month WCC

  • Vaxelis (DTAP - Polio - Hepatitis B - Haemophilus Influenza type B)

  • Pneumococcal (PCV)

  • Rotavirus

6 Month WCC

  • Vaxelis (DTAP - Polio - Hepatitis B - Haemophilus Influenzae type B)

  • Pneumococcal (PCV)

  • Rotavirus

  • Influenza

  • Covid-19 (earliest age to start vaccine)

9 Month WCC

  • Catch-up vaccines if needed

12 Month WCC

  • MMR (Measles - Mumps - Rubella)

  • Hepatitis A

  • Pneumococcal (PCV)

15 Month WCC

  • Varicella (Chickenpox)

  • Haemophilus Influenzae Type B

18 Month WCC

  • DTAP (Diphtheria - Tetanus - Pertussis {Whooping Cough})

2 Year WCC

  • Catch Up Vaccines if needed

3 Year WCC

  • Catch Up Vaccines if needed

4-6 Year WCC

  • Kinrix (DTAP - Polio)

  • Proquad (MMR - Varicella)

7-8 Year WCC

  • Catch Up Vaccines if needed

9-10 Year WCC

  • Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)

11 Year WCC

  • TDAP (Tetanus - Diphtheria - Pertussis)

  • Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)

  • Meningococcal Type ACWY (MCV)

12 Year WCC

13-15 Year WCC
