Vaccine Schedule
Seahurst Pediatrics recommends a vaccine schedule that follows guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Individual providers may consider alternative schedules based on the individual patient situation and their best clinical judgment.
Birth: Hepatitis B
2 months: Hepatitis B, Rotavirus, PCV, combination DtaP-IPV-Hib
4 months: Rotavirus, PCV, combination DtaP-IPV-Hib
6 months: Hepatitis B, Rotavirus, PCV, combination DtaP-IPV-Hib
12 months: PCV, Varicella, Hepatitis A
15 months: MMR, Hib
18 months: Hepatitis A, DTaP
2-3 years: Catch-up vaccines
4-5 years: DTaP, IPV, MMR, Varicella
11 years: Tdap, Menactra
Varicella: (if 2 dose series not completed); HPV
16 years: Menactra
All ages: Review need for catch-up vaccines
Influenza vaccine seasonally, starting at 6 months old
